Jim Andrews, PhD

Principal and CEO

James A. “Jim” Andrews, Ph.D., is a life sciences, biomedical, research, and development subject matter expert from Sandy Spring, Maryland. Previously, Dr. Andrews led business development of biomedical sciences and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE). He joined the Department of the Navy in 2003, where he developed biomarkers of neurological disease, pharmacologic mitigation of high-altitude cerebral edema (HACE), adenovirus-associated pneumonia and novel diagnostic platforms.
